Tuesday-Thursday: 12:00 – 13:00

Bodyweight exercises (dynamic with body weight and cardio exercises.)

Zumba – Kardiokickbox – Our Pilates sessions are coming soon …

NOTE: Our sessions are held in the lower floor studio in the swimming pool sports complex.
