In the 1990s, we meet tae bo which provides strength and conditioning.
In 2000, dance and rhythm enter our lives. Hardness and strength gathering is replaced by sociability, self-portraying and adaptability.
In 2010 Zumba is entering our lives. We now need to maintain both power and fitness and our appeal.
